FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1How is this platform different from other agencies?

•We are a fully licensed agency — you can verify our company on the Labour Department's website. The differences are simple:
•We don't push specific helpers on you. The choice is yours; meet whoever you want to meet.
•We don't guarantee a helper's work performance (no agency truly does) — the difference is we say so honestly while others won't.

2How do I use the platform?

3Why is Directhire.hk so affordable?

4Why do so few helpers reply when I send messages?

5Why do my invites to Indonesian helpers keep getting declined?
