Delete account

This deletes your Direct Hire account. Your profile is hidden straight away, and you have 30 days to change your mind.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos and videos
Your contact details and login
Your chats, requests and saved lists
Your community posts and agency reviews
Contracts you added yourself, with their salary and leave records

What is kept

Contracts and case records held by an agency you worked with, for up to 7 years, because it may have to keep them by law
Messages our safety filter stopped, for up to 7 years
A record that your account was deleted, with no personal details beyond a user number
Posts in the older forum. Contact us and we will remove them

Open Direct Hire, go to Me, then Delete account. You can also do it here without installing the app.
